How long will my project take?
Because of the wide variety of projects we complete, there is no way to give an exact time a project will take. Basements typically take about 8 weeks to complete.

What is my warranty?
We warranty most work for 1 year.

How soon can work begin?
The start date relies on many factors. If the work requires permits (building, electrical, plumbing, zoning…) time must be allotted to obtain the proper permits. In some cases, this can take up to 4 weeks. Aside from permits, current workload dictates the start date.

How do I get my project started and what are the steps?
- Call for an appointment to meet and go over the details of your project.
- Meet and discuss your project. If you have any pictures or ideas, please feel free to mention them.
- Go over the proposal, sign contract, and submit deposit (typically 1/3rd).
- Schedule a tentative start date.
